Unlike other workshops, we don’t use car paint but rather specialized brake caliper paint that’s more resistant to heat and corrosion. This special paint can handle the duress a brake caliber goes through and ensure the paint doesn’t fade away. Since our master painters are incredibly talented, we can also customize by adding the brand logo, or any text the customer wants giving it a totally unique look.
How it’s done:
First, the car is put on a lift and the brake calipers are removed. This ensures the other components do not get any unwanted paint and the entire brake caliper can be painted. Then our team goes ahead and adds and paints along with any customization (logo, vehicle brand name). Then the brake calipers undergo a heat treatment for the paint to dry. After X hours, the brake calipers and removed and undergo a final polish, and a protective layer is added for additional durability. Then the calipers and mounted and the car is lowered
